Toyota Iraq has inaugurated three new service stations in Baghdad and Erbil as part of its plan to expand its aftersales service network, bringing customers a faster and more accessible maintenance experience. The openings included Cihan Motors, Toyota Iraq’s authorized service station in Erbil – Kurani Ankawa on November 17, 2024; SAS Company for Vehicle Trading and Services Limited’s station in Erbil – Massif Road on December 3, 2024; and its station in Baghdad – Ghazaliya (Abu Ghraib) on December 10, 2024.
This initiative is part of Toyota Iraq’s constant effort to bringing its authorized services closer to customers everywhere, in line with the service station project’s slogan: “Wherever you are, we'll be closest.” Under the concept “Best in Town”, Toyota continues to expand its official network of certified centers to cover as many areas across Iraq as possible, with a focus on delivering a comprehensive experience that meets customer expectations. This expansion not only increases the number of service stations but also strengthens the values of quality and innovation in every center, enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing trust in the brand.
Mr. Yosei Tawara, Chief Development Officer at Toyota Iraq, stated: “Our vision for satellite service came from the desire to get closer to our customers than ever before. Under our “Best in Town” concept, we plan to make authorized high quality Toyota services accessible all across Iraq and spread the “Pulse (Nabd)” of Toyota. Our plan is underway as we move to establish each station as the heart of Toyota in every town.”
The opening ceremonies featured ribbon-cutting event and guided tours of the new facilities, which were designed according to the highest global standards for Toyota-certified workshops. These stations are equipped with the latest tools meeting Japanese quality standards, operated by highly trained technical teams under the supervision of Toyota experts, ensuring reliable and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations.
These new service stations reaffirm Toyota Iraq’s achievements in aftersales services, and its commitment to innovation, customer care, and geographical expansion. They mark a significant step in the company’s strategy to provide service stations for all its dealers, ensuring that ‘Toyota Nabd’ reaches every Iraqi city, and keeping customers confident that the company’s services will always be closest to them, wherever they are.
