SAS for Trading and Vehicle Services Ltd., the authorized dealer of Toyota Iraq, inaugurated its new after-sales service station in Kirkuk on September 28, 2025, located inside the Mall of Kirkuk. The opening of this center reflects the company’s efforts to strengthen its readiness field and move closer to meeting customer needs in key areas. This station is SAS’s second center in Kirkuk Governorate and part of its expansion vision to provide efficient, easily accessible services that meet the expectations of Toyota users across the city.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Salar Al-Bebany, Managing Director of SAS, alongside Mr. Saman Sarmad Assi, City Responsible of Kirkuk, company staff, and representatives from Toyota Iraq. The event also welcomed local officials, the first customer who has purchased a vehicle from Toyota showroom in the city, and the first customer who has used the maintenance services.

On this occasion, Mr. Saman Sarmad stated: "Our presence today in the heart of Kirkuk reflects our genuine commitment to serving our customers and ensuring their access to top-quality services. This new center is another step forward in delivering an experience worthy of the trust our customers place in Toyota."

The new center offers comprehensive maintenance services in addition to the exclusive Nabd Service for Toyota customers, which includes: two years of free maintenance or 40,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), three years or 100,000 kilometers vehicle warranty, and an eight-year warranty on hybrid batteries.

The center is staffed with a specialized maintenance team, consisting of highly trained technicians certified under Toyota’s strict Japanese quality standards. SAS continuously invests in developing the skills of its technical workforce to ensure accurate and reliable services that meet the expectations of customers across Iraq. The opening of this new station reinforces SAS’s commitment to expanding its service coverage to reach a wider customer base while delivering seamless and high-quality service experience.

With one center already at the city’s entrance and the new location in central Kirkuk, the company is preparing to launch a third major center on the opposite side of the city. This expansion supports SAS’s strategic goal of ensuring customers can access trusted Toyota services wherever they are, backed by expert teams dedicated to excellence.
