Toyota Iraq Holds Its 8th Aftersales Dealer Meeting

Toyota Iraq continues to uphold its commitment to continuous improvement. In this spirit, the company organized the 8th Annual Aftersales Dealer Meeting at the Erbil International Hotel. The event brought together Toyota Iraq’s authorized dealers: SAS Automotive Trading and Services Co. Ltd., Cihan Motors, Al-Baaj, Al-Emlaq Al-Ahmar, and Al-Bar. It served as a key opportunity to review the main achievements of the past fiscal year and to plan for the upcoming phase through presenting new strategies and discussing optimal ways to enhance services and improve customer satisfaction.

The gathering featured a diverse agenda, including presentations on key performance indicators and the improvement projects implemented across the dealer network. Interactive workshops were held to explore the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi, which embodies the essence of hospitality and how it can be translated into a holistic aftersales experience. The event also included discussion sessions that tackled field-related challenges and allowed for direct interaction with attendees’ questions and feedback, fostering a spirit of collaboration and the exchange of best professional practices among partners.

The meeting aimed to align efforts among the aftersales teams and ensure coherence with Toyota Iraq’s vision, with a strong focus on understanding the company’s 2025 strategic direction. During the event, Toyota Iraq highlighted its core focus areas for the year, foremost among them the new strategic direction under the theme “Unleash the Potential,” which aspires to exceed expectations in service delivery. Emphasis was also placed on the renewed aftersales slogan “Ever Better Service,” reflecting the team's ongoing ambition to improve performance and innovate in technical and logistical solutions, all in pursuit of enhanced customer satisfaction and cementing Toyota Iraq’s position as a benchmark of quality and reliability.

The meeting concluded with a spirit of collaboration and motivation. Participants expressed their appreciation for Toyota Iraq’s efforts in empowering its partners and providing an interactive platform for experience-sharing. The importance of implementing the recommendations from the meeting was underscored, along with the joint pursuit of higher quality standards in aftersales services.
