SAS Trading and Vehicle Services Ltd., authorized by Toyota Iraq to use the trademark of Toyota in Iraq, has expanded its aftersales service network in Baghdad with the opening of two new Toyota service centers. The Mohammed Al-Qasim branch was inaugurated on February 2nd, 2026, followed by the opening of the Al-Dora branch on February 3rd, as part of an ongoing expansion aimed at strengthening aftersales coverage and improving service accessibility for customers across the capital.
The inauguration ceremonies at both locations were attended by a number of official figures, alongside representatives from Toyota Iraq and SAS, as well as technical and administrative teams from both organizations. The events included the official ribbon-cutting, followed by guided tours of the service centers, during which attendees were introduced to the latest equipment and tools approved for Toyota vehicle maintenance. The tours also highlighted the operational processes in place to ensure efficient turnaround times and precise workmanship in line with the highest professional standards, reflecting SAS’s commitment to delivering a comprehensive and reliable service experience.
During the opening of the Al-Dora branch, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Al-Ani, Al-Saydiyah Assistant City Responsible, emphasized that the new location represents a practical step toward strengthening Toyota’s presence in key areas of Baghdad. He noted that “with each new opening, we move closer to our customers, translating our commitments into physical locations that deliver timely service at the level Toyota owners expect.”
Similarly, at the inauguration of the Mohammed Al-Qasim branch, Mr. Ammar Hussein Ali, Al-Mansour Assistant City Responsible, explained that the opening reflects a results-driven approach to expanding maintenance services in vital areas of the city. He stated that “expansion, for us, is not about numbers, but about enhancing our ability to meet customer needs, accelerate service processes, and provide a closer, more seamless experience every time.”
These openings form part of a carefully structured expansion plan developed by Toyota Iraq and SAS to reduce waiting times, optimize booking efficiency, and strategically distribute service centers across Baghdad. This approach redefines proximity to the customer not only in terms of location, but also through faster response, consistent service quality, and sustained support.
The inauguration of the Al-Dora and Mohammed Al-Qasim service centers marks another milestone in the joint journey of Toyota Iraq and SAS to advance aftersales services through smart expansion, continuous infrastructure investment, and the development of long-term customer relationships built on trust and ongoing improvement. These efforts further strengthen the company’s position as a dependable partner throughout every stage of vehicle ownership.
