In a one-of-a-kind adventure, Toyota Iraq—the exclusive and official distributor of Toyota, Lexus, and Hino vehicles in Iraq—organized the “Prado Off-Road” event on May 9, 2025, in the breathtaking Senk Hills of Erbil. There, where nature meets strength, a select group of influencers, content creators, and guests gathered to embark on a bold off-road driving experience with the all-new 2025 Toyota Prado, taking participants to new heights of performance and confidence.
The event featured a series of activities that blended challenge with adventure. A total of 23 influencers and 17 distinguished guests participated in two consecutive rounds aboard 21 Prado vehicles on a specially designed track that simulated the toughest driving conditions. From steep hill climbs to rocky ascents, field crossings, and water streams. Each round lasted approximately an hour and was an immersive field adventure that put the vehicle’s real-world capabilities to the test. The event also offered moments of relaxation and fun, including live music and interactive games that infused the gathering with vibrant energy.
The all-new 2025 Prado proved its commanding presence during the experience, showcasing exceptional performance across varied terrains thanks to its 277-horsepower, four-cylinder engine delivering 430 Nm of torque. This power was matched with advanced systems tailored for off-road driving, including a high-efficiency suspension system and a central differential lock (Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism) that boosts stability in tough conditions. Prado is also equipped with a 360-degree camera system supported by four cameras, including an Under-Body View camera revealing obstacles beneath the chassis and wheels, as well as front and rear sensors to ease navigation in narrow terrain. With this robust performance, Prado seamlessly combines off-road toughness with everyday urban comfort, making it the ultimate multi-purpose vehicle.
