Toyota Iraq conducted a field tour to award the Training and Accreditation Programme certificates to employees across Toyota Iraq representative network. Held from 7 to 22 July 2026, the tour included visits to Toyota and Lexus branches across various governorates in Iraq. This tour was organised to celebrate the employees who successfully completed both technical and non-technical training programmes, and in recognition of their commitment to developing their professional skills and anchoring Toyota’s global standards in their daily work environment.

The tour maintained a hands-on field approach, bringing it close to the working teams within the branches. The certificate presentation ceremonies added a deeper human dimension to this achievement, celebrating employees’ efforts directly at their workplaces and amongst their peers. The activities included holding recognition ceremonies inside each branch in the presence of branch management, awarding certificates to the participating staff, and taking commemorative photos to document these proud milestones. This reflects Toyota Iraq’s commitment to celebrating the expertise behind its service quality and customer experience.

In addition, more than 282 certificates were awarded under the non-technical programs, covering Service Advisors, Customer Relations Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Sales Advisors. These programs reflect the company's commitment to placing its people at the heart of development by equipping them with the knowledge and expertise needed to deliver more efficient and professional customer service.
